The best place to see the tide is in Guanchao Gongyuan (Tide Watching Park)Yan'guan Town of Haining, about 50 km from Hangzhou. You can see the tide from 1st to 15th day of every luner month. July 24 is lunar June 3rd. The tide is around 13:15. Suggest you come half a hour to one hour ahead of time in case of missing out.

In deed, the three days around the Mid-Autumn day is the best time to see. In Lunar Auguest 18th, you may see the most spectacular.
