About:China Business Visa

Dear Sir or Madam,

Have a good day!

I have applied for F Business Visa for China and you have sent me a list of documents required for this purpose. I need clarification in respect of the followings points:-

(1)- You have asked for my tax payment receipt for last year. In this connection it is pointed out that I have joined this company first as a manager only one year before. There is no personal tax payment receipt in my name. Please clarify if the tax payment receipt of the firm will serve the purpose.

(2)- So far my income certificate/ up to date personal bank statement is concerned it is also not available please clarify if the bank statement of the firm will serve the purpose.

It is also pointed out that the condition mentioned at A of your e-mail regarding original visa noticed sheet is not understood because it is my first business tour to China. Please clarify this also.

Thanking you, we remain.

Best regards,
For MOG International

Omer Aftab.

The Tax Payment Receipt for last year and the income certificate/up-to-date Personal Bank Statement are recommended to prepare in case of necessity for first visa to China, but maybe the two kinds of documents are not required by the visa officials. Therefore, I guess the the tax payment receipt of the firm and the bank statement of the firm are Ok for visa application.

original visa noticed sheet is issed by a Foreign Affaires Office, Government department or Committe of Foreign economic Relations and Trade in China, the company you will visit in China should apply for the Visa Notice Sheet for you then sent it to you. You use it for visa application
