About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Hi, I'm flying into Terminal 2 on Air New Zealand transiting to Virgin Atlantic to fly to London. I'm getting conflicting information on the transit procedure, some saying I can use the transit area and others saying that I need to clear customs and go to the main arrival area to collect my bags. Is anyone able to tell me the actual process? I have 1 hour and 50 minutes to complete the transfer.

Thanks, Mark.

Hello, there is the procedure, Hope it is helpful:
walking along the porch to check at Custom, Inspection and Quarantine area - reclaim the luggage at International Arrival hall on 2nd floor - check in at International DEparture Hall on 3rd floor - Custom, Inspection and Quarantine again - south end of the departure lounge to board
Time needed: about 90 minutes
