About:Dual Nationality
How long does it take to apply for permanent residency for a child under the grounds that the child is "unmarried child aged under 18 years old who come to China to live with her Chinese parent"? If the child is a US citizen and already in China with her Chinese parent, does the minor child have to go back to the US while the application for permanent residency in China is in progress? I will appreciate your answers. Thank you.
