About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Greeting,
I am a U.S. Embassy (in Ottawa, Canada) employee planning to travel to China in a week. I am holding a Diplomatic Passport. According to your website that U.S. DP holders are exempt from visa fee. Is there any form(s) that I would need to fill out and what process do I need to go through?
