About:Embassy of Cyprus in China

i am from Nepal, here a private education consultancy has advertisement in a daily news paper (kantipur) jun 26,that 10 English teachers are required in Beijing ,,,and the institute say the interview will be from Chinese embassy of cyprus . they said it will be paper visa...and.they said its a private contact..is it possible ? or just ..falls job. please clear me..
