I am very excited about my coming trip. Well, I have something to ask. Should we take cash, US$, or traveler checks? Can we use credit cards to get cash in China from a bank or Teller machine?

I suggest you bring your major credit cards, traveler's check and a small amount of cash. In China, most hotels and shops in major cities accept most international credit cards. You can withdraw money (Chinese Yuan) from ATM machines of Bank of China within 24-hours self-help service. You can also transact through a bank clerk during 9: 00-17: 30 from Monday to Friday while they only work between the hours of 9:00 - 15:00 on weekends. Hope you share your experience with us when you're back. Good Luck!
