About:

Is there a train form Yancheng Jiangsu back to Shanghai International airport? Please let me know or, if not, a bus?

No train. You should take bus at the new bus station of Yangcheng at Kafang Dadao. The bus will run four hours to Shanghai Railway Station, then you can change to the airport bus to Pudong Airport. Hope it helps.
