I am enquiring on a visa application I had sent 5 weeks ago
Hoping it was filled out correctly and not lost in the post
Would very much like a response in this matter

Where will you go with the visa? It may not take so long time to issue a visa. I'm afraid your documents sent by post office has been lost. Why not go to the embassy to apply the visa in person or entrust a friend, visa/travel agency to do it for you?
