About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Hello,
I am a brazilian in a business trip to KL until the end of July. I want to go to China for 2 weeks before I go back home and I might want to visit again before the end of the year, so I wanted a Double Visit Visa. In the Chinese Embassy they told me that I needed some documents (airplane ticket, hotel reservation and bank info), but they told me that if I paid double the price they could act as agents to my Visa and I would not need to bring these documents. Why is that so?

Which Chinese embassy told you that? Can't believable! You have to provide the required documents even if you entrust a visa/travel agent to process it for you.
