About:Scope of Use of Shanghai Public Transportation Card

What is the best way to travel from Shanghai People Square area to Jinshanwei? Must we have the transport card or can we pay cash on boarding the bus ?

To Mr. Zaffar,
Take Subway Line 1 to Luanhua Rd Station and then change to Lianwei Special Bus Line to the government of Jinshan. You can pay cash. :)
