About:Chinese Food

Hello,
I love Chinese food, and just recently found a restaurant that's less commercial. On Saturdays they cook Chinese appetizers, and I tried the most delicious sweet potato croquettes rolled in sesame, called "Chun Tui Chai". I've been trying to find a recipe online but the search hasn't been successful. Do you please have one? Thanks!

I can't find the recipe of the dish you mentioned, either. But according to your description, I think I tried them. My mother often makes it when the Spring Festival is coming. Let me tell you how to cook it. It's very easy.
First, steam some sweet potatoes. After they are well-done, just take them out from the boiler and crush them to be sweet potato past. Then, add some flour into the paste and mix them together. Prepare the filling of crushed seasame and add some suguar into it. Wrap the seasame powder into the sweet potato paste. Deep fry the sweet potato balls. When the surface of the ball becomes golen, just draw them from the oil. In Chinese, we call them Hongshu Wanzi.
