About:

Hi
Will I get the the ticket for the Train from Shanghai South Railway Station to YIWU at the station counter or I need to book it in advance.
I am planning to take train K197/K200
Please suggest.

Yes, you could purchase the ticket from the railway ticket counter directly. No need to book it in advance. But, if you travel at weekend, it is suggested that you purchase ticket one day in advance~ Good luck!
