Hello, I am arriving at 5:05pm on Japan Airlines from Osaka (Terminal 1); a friend is arriving on United Airlines at 5:20pm from San Francisco (Terminal 2).  We are trying to meet so we can take a taxi together to Shanghai International Studies University.  Please advise.

Hi, I think you could walk to T2 firstly and wait for your friend at the arrival hall. The T1 and T2 of Pudong Airport is linked by a 400-meter's corridor through which you could go to T2 in 20 minutes. Or, you could take the ferry bus from T2 to T1 quickly.
