About:

I am arriving in Pudong on Aug. 28th and want to take a flight to Qingdao around 4pm. I notice that I need to fly from another airport, Hongqiao. What is the fastest way to get from Pudong to the Hongqiao? also how much in usd?

There is direct shuttle bus. The bus is available both at Terminal 1 and 2 of pudong airport. It takes 1.5 hours, ticket fare 30RMB. If your time is urgent and can not wait the bus, you can take taxi, 45-60 minutes if the traffic condition is fine. Fare: about 150RMB. :-)
