I'm interested in renting a room or efficiency for the month of August near Beach 1 or 2.  With a view would be awesome.  I'm looking for the lowest rate I can get.  One person traveling alone.  The lowest price I've gotten so far is 300 rmb a night.  Thanks.

Would like to rent a room for a month or just a few of days? If for a month, you may consider these B & B. Actually, you could stay along the city-bus linea to the beach in the downtown area which charge much less! Good luck~
