My daughter has been in Canada now for 10 years. Her Chinese passport has recently run out and we would like to know if she still has the option to have her Chinese passport renewed even though she has been here for 10 years. If she can where can we get the infornation to renew. Unfortunitely whenever we call the embasy there is never a warm body available to answer any questions that we have.

I really need an answer as my daughter cannot travel anywhere until we get this resolved
