hi there,         I am flying to Sydney in July and want to visit my friend in Hong kong on my way. I just called up chinese embassy visa section in islamabad , and they asked me to contact HK immig. dept. Can please somebody guide me what is the shortest way to get transit/visit visa to HK as i only need to visit for 2/3 days. Regards,Imran

To shorten the processing time,you may submit your visa or entry permit application to the HKSAR Immigration Department by fax to (852) 2824 1133 in the first instance. However, the original copy of the duly completed application form and the photographs required should be sent immediately to the HKSAR Immigration Department by air mail.
