About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates
My finace is a Russsian National living in Tomsk who wishes to fly from Novosibirsk to Shanghai by a ticket bought with Siberian Airlnes and then from Shangahi to Sydney by Qantas. She will have a tourist visa to enter Australia. What visa requirement does she require to pass through China? The tickets are privately bought and not through a travel agency. How can my fiance transport her passport securely to the Chinese Embassy in Moscow and have it safely returned to Tomsk?
