My husband and I are both American Citizen, and our son is an Indonesian citizen. While we are back for a visit in Indonesia we are planning to apply for a F visa for my husband and I and an X visa for our son. 1.We need to know what is the cost for an F visa if you are an American Citizen 2. What is the cost for an x visa if you are Indonesian.3. Our son is 6 years old according to Asia standards,  Does he need to provide a physical examination certificate?4. Will we need proof of return tickets for an F visa?

The fee is 1,200,000 Rupiahs for American citizens. Since January 20, 2008, the Chinese Embassy has made an adjustment of visa fee for U.S. citizens on a reciprocal basis because the U.S. Embassy and Consulates in China have raised the visa fee. 1,200,000 Rupiahs for individual visa per person, no matter single, double or multiple entries.300,000 Rupiahs for X visa for Indonesians (generally, the Chinese embassy only issues single entry X visa) I think your son need provide a physical examination certificate if he will  stay in China for exceeding 6 months the proof of return tickets for F visa is not required
