We are traveling with two children (8/6y.) for Yangtze River Cruise. Is it possible to have two extra beds in the cabins or is it better for us to take another cabin maybe with a connection door or something?

The space at the standard cabins usually does not accommodate two extra beds. And there is no inter-connecting cabin on the cruise. The best way is to take two standard twin cabins next to or near each other.
