About:Dual Nationality

My parents and I were all born in China so we were all citizens, but my parents recently became US citizens. I am under 18, so I guess I am automatically considered a US citizen, but I haven't officially declared US citizenship, so could do I have dual citizenship?

Hi, you are still a chinese citizen now although your parents have become a US citizen. If you declare to be a US, that means you give up your chinese citizenship automatically. Always remember that China does not recognise dual nationality.
