About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hello
We are a french couple and we are planning to travel around Malaysia before leaving for China in July.
As we don't need a visa to enter Malaysia we won't have malaysian visa on us for apply to the chinese visa in KL.
So is it possible for foreigners who don't have malaysian visa to apply for a chinese visa in KL ?

Thank you for your answer.

Mr Poutignat,

Although you don't have a Malaysian entry visa, I assume there is an entry permit stamped at the airport, which has a similar function to a visa. You could take the sheet to the embassy.
