Dear Sir,My wife work in Dongguan China from 2003 to 2004, we are needing a Police Clearance from Dongguan Province for our permanent visa application to Canada, however as per our inquiry, Dongguan Police will not issue Police Clearance for those foreign national because they don't have anymore old files.  Can you please advise us on how we can get a Police Clearance from Dongguan Province.Best regards,Arnold

Dongguan is not a provice in China. Go to the nearest police station to your wife's former residence. They might keep the old files.
