About:Chinese Embassy in Russia

I'm a British citizen working in Novosibirsk, in the middle of Siberia, Russia. I have a Russian visa in my UK passport. Do I need a visa to visit the nearest Chinese town? If I do, which is the nearest Chinese embassy or consulate to Novosibirsk.

You need a visa. The nearest consulate is Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Khabarovsk.
