Well, after your meeting in Qingdao, you can go to Ningbo, then Yiwu and Wenzhou. These three cities are all located in Zhejiang Province. After that, depart from Wenzhou to go to Shenzhen and finally go to Guangzhou from Shenzhen by bullet train. Leave Guangzhou Baiyun Airport to your country.
Ps: Trains are not available bewteen Qingdao and Ningbo. If you want to go to Ningbo by train, you can only go to Jinan and then transfer to Ningbo. The trains from Ningbo to Yiwu to Wenzhou are available. These three cities are not far from each other. Besides trains, coach buses also can take you to go to your destinations.
There are no trains from Wenzhou to Shenzhen. But there are trains from Wenzhou to Guangzhou. If you don't mind, you can go from Wenzhou to Guangzhou by train and then go to Shenzhen and then go back to Guangzhou. Oh, so complicated!

You mentioned that i could find a train from wenzhou to guanzhou, if i drop Shenzhen. and just go from Wenzhou to Guanzhou. then ?
I cant find any train route from Wenzhou to Guanzhou.
