Good afternoon.

I am Valerie Ong from Melaka.

Whenever i tried to call China Embsassy for some information, unfortunately ALWAYS , there is nobody pick up the call.

From my personal view, China Embassy should have improve their customer service.

Ms.valerie Ong, I have the same experience as you. I fell disappointed. They live on the taxpayers but their service is bad
