About:China Embassy in Thailand

I am a US Citizen. I want to know if I arrive in bangkok on a Thursday or so, can I apply for a Chinese visa Friday at the Embassy and retrieve it by Monday if I expedite the request, and if so do I need to take passport photos, and are they open on Saturday and/or Sunday? Thanks.

Mr.Stewart, the express seivice is put temporarily into abeyance in many Chinese embassies and consulate. So you can't get your visa on Monday by submiting on friday in last week. It is closed on Saturday and Sunday

yes, you need prepare two recent passport photos because you need submit two visa application forms
