About:China Visa

We are Australian citizens living in Moscow and require tourist visas for China in July. Can we take visa application forms to Embassy in Moscow (Ul Druzhby).
Do we need invitation letter and where do we get one? We booked airfares and hotel on internet.
If I am in transit at Beijing airport for 8 hours in June, confirm that I di not need a visa for that.

You should contact a Russian travel agency to have an invitation letter. You are not required to hold a visa if you won't leave the airport within the 8 hours.
