About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Does somebody knows if it is the same procedure and fee to get a visa from a travel agent?
What if I do not have an address in China?
I do not have a phone number either.
On agerman website I read you need a prove from the place where you stay. Anybody know if this is true?

The travel agency will charge visa fee based on the standard disignated by the embassy. If the charge much too high fees, the embassy will revoke the agency's right to submit applications on their clients' behalf.
