About:China Business Visa

Hello I am in China already, I have been here more than one year in 3 differents times. This time I came to China with business purpose but holding a L visa, because I didnt have time to get a letter from the company and apply for the F one.

During my time in China I have had several L visas, and one F visa, now I want to apply for a F visa again, 6 or 12 months both are fine, but I was reading the info above and I realized I could apply for a 2 years Multi-entry Chinese visa if I have visited China with a F visa whithin one year, and thats my case.

Can you tell me if I am right about the 2 years working visa and tell me also what is the documents that I need? supposed to be, passport, application form with picture, and a letter from the company I am doing business with, right? does the lettet have to say any specific info? and the last thing, do I need any letter from government, I am a little bit confused about this point

Thank you very much

Best Regards,
Miguel

F visa or Z visa (working visa)? You can not get Z visa since you don't have a labour contract with a Chinese employer. To apply for a Chinese visa, you are required to hold an invitation letter from a Chinese company or a visa notice sheet from authorized Chinese organization.
