When your wife submits her application, just attach a photo of your child to her application form. Certainly, the birth certificate of your child must also be required.

Mr Johnny, if your wife doesn't need a visa, you should apply for a new visa for your child. Firstly, your baby needs a valid passport. Then your wife can use the valid passport to apply for a visa for your baby.

Mr Johnny,
L visa for family visit can also have a duration of 60 days or 90 days. It's up to the visa officers to decide how many days will be granted for you. It is also possible to get the duration of the visa extended after arrival in China. The solution is to apply for a double-entry L visa for your child. The officer will decide if it is a single-entry or double-entry.
