About:Chinese Crew, Resident and Journalist Visa

Hi I am NL and I am married to a chinese PR for 3 years.

Both of us wants to go back to china and stay.

1) How long can the the D Visa permit me to stay in china?

2) I read above that "investment in property" What type of property? Is a Condominium a property under this classification.

The D visa permits you to stay there for a long term, say 2- 5 years or more. Yes,a condominium is a property.
