About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

I am a UK citizen travelling in Vietnam. I would like to go to China for a few weeks and would apply for a visa in Hanoi. Is there any way to get the visa processed in less than 4 days i.e. by paying a larger fee?

Currently, the visa regulations has been tightened due to 'swine flu". Probably the rush service is no longer available.
