About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am an U.S. Citizen on a business trip in Korea.
Can I apply for a China business visa here in Korea?
If so, how long does it take to process and where do I need to go to apply for one.
Also, is it correct that there is no longer an expedited visa processing service due to the Swine Flu?
Thank you in advance for your reply...

It is true that China has tightened visa rules on U.S citizens. The processing time has been extended to six business days for applicants at the Consulates and Embassy of China in USA. You can google the related news report.
