About:Chinese Embassy in India

I am geeting a job offer from a chinese company but based in India, in such case what kind of contract letter will be there & which country's labour law's will be applicable on my contract. What are the benefits one should get as per prevelling laws?

Since it is based in India, it must abide by Indian law.
