My mother has a brain hemmorrage and I need to travel right away. My passport is Taiwan. How can I get the visa for family emergency? I am in Las Vegas and have my Green card. Please contact me asap.

Mrs.Ling Li, you should apply for Chinese Travel Permit rather than a China visa in Consulate General of China in San Francisco. Las Vegas is under the consular jurisdiction of Consulate General of China in San Francisco. Please provide a completed Travel Permit Application Form, three recent passport photos, the original and copy of your Taiwan passport.
