What is the weather like from mid July to mid August, specifically in Beijing, Shanghai and Nanjing

Beijing, the hot summer are lasting from July to August. But, comfortable in early morning and night.
Shanghai, also hot summer but the heavy rain may occurs suddenly in August.
Nanjing, one of the hottes city in summer that the night would not be so cool~
