About:Chinese Embassy in Kyrgyzstan

can you please advise me if it is possible for an australian passport holder to obtain a 6mth multiple entry visa for the republic of china at the consulate in bishkek kyrgyzstan.or if it is only possible to obtain a 30 day single enrty visa.
