About:Chinese Embassies in Asia

I'm currently in China and holding a single-entry china visa valid for 6 months. I would like to travel out of china once. Hence, I want to change it to a multiple-entry visa. How much would that be? And where would I be able to do that? (please provide the address.) Thank you!

Ms.lynn, you need pay the fee for applying a multiple-entry visa: SGD 45 for multiple-entry with 6 months validity, SGD 65 for multiple-entry with 12 months validity, I'm not clear about the rate between RMB and SGD, in a word, you need pay quivalent money in RMB. You can do it in a Public Security Bureau. Where do you live in? if you live in Shanghai now, you can go to the Municipality Public Security Bureau and its branches in Shanghai.

I am living in Beijing currently. So where can I go to apply for a multiple entry visa? (please provide address) I currently hold a single-entry visa with 6 months validity. Do I "upgrade" that to a multiple-entry visa? Or do I have to apply for a multiple entry visa entirely? Are the fees different for both?
