About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Please explain why American Citizen vs Korean Citizen single entry visa fee is big different from another? Currently I am residing in Korea and I want to visit China for a tour.

That was very inappropriate. I am an American Citizen studying in The Republic of Korea, and I can assure you that I am not rich. In America, this act is called discrimination. If you came to my country, you would never see such an act. No one would charge you more because you are Chinese. Also, according to your rationale, your country is a poor underdeveloped country?

The cost of visas is determined based on relations between those two countries. You will find that often when you visit a foreign country and a visa is required the cost/duration of stay is vastly different depending on the applicants country of origin. For example, I just returned from Laos and as a Canadian citizen my visa cost (if I remember correctly) $15 or $20 more than any other country. It sucks but there is not much you can do.
