My chinese friend's american lawyer husband of 3 1/2 years has wrongfully charged her with domestic violence (She called the police on him!), he had her arrested for 5 days, he has a temporary restraining order against her, he has filed a divorce petition and he has taken custody of their 18 month old daughter and is trying to keep the child! Please HELP!. She barely speaks English and is getting taken advantage of by her "husband". Can you refer her to a chinese speaking attorney in this area that can help Ms. Han?
