I am a lebanese citizen,i have a friend with a taiwanese citizenship that is currently in shang hai and needs to come to lebanon,i need to know if it is possible to apply for a lebanese visa from the lebanese embassy in beijing since there is no lebanese embassy in taiwan. i would really appreciate it if you could inform me about it and let me know the way how to apply.
