About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Thank you for Mr Han replied. I would like to know where is Chinese institution? Can you give me some example of Chinese institution in Malaysia? Do i need to find a certified translator to translate my marriage certificate in chinese and the translated marriage certificate again need to certified again by somebody else?

Sorry Mrs.Caryn, perhaps I didn’t make myself clear enough. I didn’t refer to the Chinese institution in Malaysia. You said your husband worked in China. So the visa notification letter and invitation letter should be issued by a Chinese governmental administrative organization who administrate your husband’s company. Generally, there are four governmental organizations that have the right to issue visa notification letter: in the provincial letter: they are The General Office of a provincial government, international exchange department of a province, provincial economy and commerce departmen, the provincial tourism administration.
