About:Chinese Consulate in Perth

Dear Sir,

I have an Uk Passport but live in Australia, I would like to go to China, but I only have 3 weeks valid on my passport. will this be a problem/is there any validity requirements for entry?

To apply for a China visa, the passport must have at least six (6) months validity left before expiration.
