As I as know, there is no bus or train could lead you to the university directly. Here are two methods for your reference:
1.Take the airport shuttle bus and get off at the second station of Hangzhou Railway Station. Then, walk along the West Lake Avenue in front of the railway station about 300 meters to the Third Hospital of Hangzhou. Here, you could take the city-bus No.K522 to the university. Get off the stop called Binwang Road. The whole journey needs almost 2 hours.

2.Take the airport shuttle and get off at the first station called Jiangnan Dadao (Jiangnan Avenue). There, take the city-bus of B支3 to Binwang Road, then you could find the university.
