You can stay at Dahua Hotel (location is by the west lake), very good hotel.

DaHua hotel is good. it provide nice and cheap room ,close to westlake,7 minutes walk.
other good hotel,you can consider Friendship Hotel,Hyatt Hotel,Sofitel Hotels. All above hotels are located together,close to westlake, within 10 minutes walk,having nice room quality.
