About:Chinese Consulate in Sydney

Dear Sir,

Please be informed that my brother a permanent resident of Brunei is holding a Brunei Certificate of Identity, (IC). Who is an Australia PR and now leaving in Australia (Sydney), for more then 2 years, he is required to travel to China in a couple month time for a period of 1 month, a visa is needed for Macau, Hong Kong, and China, can you kindly advise where and what documents required to submit for visa.

You early reply would be much appreciated.
