As long as you get and live in hangzhou,they will provide detail travel information of hangzhou,such as travel guide(english version). beyond hangzhou and westlake,qiandao lake(2 hour bus),shaoxing city(1 hour bus),huangshan mountain (3.5 hour bus)are also very good place to visit

Hi Ms Carrie,Westlake serviced apartment sounds wonderful.I will be in Hangzhou in mid Jan 2010,with my wife and children,all 6 of us.Is the heater adequate as is mid winter then?What about the hot water shower?Please give some information on the facilities of the apartments.Thanks

As I know, the Westlake 7 Service Apartment is a home inn chain that has several kinds of apartment for renting, for example, one bedroom or two bedrooms in an apartment. In winter, you have to use the air-condition for warm yourselfives since all of the residence in Hangzhou don't have central heating. The hot water shower should be supplied round the clock.
