About:Chinese Embassy in Venezuela

Dear Sir
I am living in Curacao and hold dutch passport ,I have earlier got my chinese visa from Los angeles for more than 3 times ,I have a question I now need tourist visa to travel to china can I send my passport with someone authorising him on my behalf to get visa for me as I cannot travel to venezuela at the moment. Otherwise can I get the chinese visa in U.S.A as I travel there every month for business.

Mr.G.LALCHAND, I see you question when I go through web pages. It seems that I reply a little late. You can entrust someone else to make visa application on your behalf in Venezuela, but the entrust deed is not required. You can directly give him all required documents, then he can apply for you in the Chinese embassy. You can also get the Chinese visa in USA. The both options are OK.
