Dear SirI am living in Curacao and hold dutch passport ,I have earlier got my chinese visa from Los angeles for more than 3 times ,I have a question I now need tourist visa to travel to china can I send my passport with someone authorising him on my behalf to get visa for me as I cannot travel to venezuela at the moment. Otherwise can I get the chinese visa in U.S.A as I travel there every month for business.Thanking you in advanceG.Lalchand
